Shipping & Refund Policy

Heavenly Bath Treats offers flat rate shipping of $12.00 (Australia Wide Only).

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be dispatched within 72 hours (1-3 business days). As a small business, this allows time for your order to be carefully packaged and posted. If there are any expected delays, or should there be an issue with sending out your order within this time frame, you will be notified immediately and will be provided regular status updates.

NOTE: Holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day etc, will incur delayed shipping times. We will ensure that processing times are clearly communicated within these times, but do ask for your patience and understanding during these times. 

DELIVERY

At this moment in time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If/when this changes you will be notified.

Should you require an urgent delivery, or should you wish to request express postage, please contact us before placing your order. You can do this via our Contact Us page, or via email; heavenlybathtreats@outlook.com. Doing this will allow us to confirm if we can meet your request.

RETURNS/DAMAGED ITEMS

Please be advised that we do not offer returns or refunds for 'change of mind' purchases. Please select your items carefully and ensure you are happy with your selections prior to checking out. 

In the event that an item within your order (or the entire order) is damaged in transit, your order will need to be assessed in its entirety before a return/refund is agreed upon. Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered. Should you contact us requesting return/refund after the 7 day timeframe has lapsed, we will be unable to assist you. For a return/refund to be considered, you will need to contact us with your order number as well as pictures of the damaged order/items. Please be advised that decisions on refunds/returns will be managed via our discretion. Where refund/return is agreed upon, your order/item will need to be returned to us (at your expense) in it's original (unused) condition prior to the replacement order/item being shipped to you. Importantly, shipping costs are non refundable, therefore any requests for refund will see the cost of the order itself refunded, exclusive of any shipping costs.
